3rd day of cycle hormonal examination (FSH,LH,E2,PRL,Te, SHBG)

Thyroidal function examination (T3,T4,TSH)

Infections (HIV, Syphillis, hepatitis B,C, test)

Karyotyping Cystic fibrosis (36 mutations)

Chlamyda trachomatis - PCR

Immunological examination (reproductin imunology)

All gyneacological examinations HSK/UTHL (anestesia included)

Karyotyping sperm count and direct antibodies against sperm Urologic examination (varicocoelle detection)
